Pada 12 Maret pukul 2 siang KST, Rose salah satu anggota BLACKPINK merilis single solo berjudul On The Ground dari album pertamanya “R” bersama dengan video musik untuk lagu utamanya.
On The Ground diproduksi oleh Teddy dan bekerja sama dengan produser Jorgen Odegard, Ojivolta, dan Jon Bellion.
